Kids Can Sail I

The water is our classroom!  Come learn the “fun”damentals of sailing on the safety of a small keelboat that cannot turn over.  Each day your child will receive on-the-water sailing instruction including knot tying and basic sailing maneuvers.

Kids Can Sail II

Prerequisite: Kids Can Sail I or prior sailing experience

Continue to build on your sailing skills and gain experience on a larger keelboat with a wheel.  Each day your child will focus on the finer points of sailing including navigation and intermediate sailing maneuvers.

Kids Can Sail III (New!)

Prerequisite: Kids Can Sail I & II or prior small boat sailing experience

Experience the thrill of sailing a 10’ dinghy single handedly!  Each day your child will build their confidence in a unique non-competitive environment sailing on a dinghy with a centerboard known for its stability.

Girl Scout Aqua Adventure Camp (New!)

Join us on a fun-filled adventure of sailing, kayaking, canoeing, rowing, tubing, and swimming.  Each day your Girl Scout will be exposed to a different water sport that challenges strength, agility and intellect. 

Cost: $260

General Information

Our waterfront location on the Toms River provides a fun environment to experience a variety water sports.  Children participating in any of our Kids Programs must know how to swim and be between the ages of 9-16 years old.  All children will be outfitted with a life vest and water shoes.  Children should bring a bottle of water, hat, sunglasses, sun block, dry clothes, a towel and a lunch on any full day of class.  Your child will be supervised by an instructor certified to teach recreational sailing or canoeing and kayaking.  

Attend one of our scheduled group classes or create your own private group of 4-6 kids and you choose the dates!  Custom Sailing & Aqua Adventure Camps available upon request (up to 60 kids) for a minimum of 3 hours up to one week.
