Cruising Catamaran (ASA 114)

Prerequisites: ASA 101, 103 & 104, NJ Safe Boating Certificate (click for details)

Nelson’s 30′ Gemini, is your passport to fun and adventure, and the ASA Catamaran certification course is your ticket!  Take that dream cruise in the Caribbean aboard a bareboat catamaran.  The Cruising Catamaran course is a two day course intended for people with quite a bit of sailing experience and with some ASA courses under their belts.  The course covers all aspects of sailing a larger cruising catamaran in the 30 to 50 foot range, including boat handling under power and sail. Emphasis is placed on the differences from monohull sailing. Course combination options available on request.
